Weekend roundup
- Liv Tyler's new baby is named Milo William Langdon. Sure, Milo might sound vaguely like it should be
a dog's name, but it's still better than "Audio Science" and
all of those others, isn't it? (According to
iVillage, Milo is a 2-syllable boy's name of Latin origin, meaning a soldier/warrior. As far as iVillage can tell, "Audio Science" is NOT A PROPER NAME. Who knew?)
-
The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe won't be out for another year yet, but I was watching the
Behind the Magic video and it looks interesting. And I know next to nothing about the story, and will be smarter this time and NOT READ THE BOOKS first.
- Also recommended: the
Making Cobwebs video at
lordoftherings.net. Sure, all the stuff about how the spiderwebs in
The Return of the King were made is cool, but the best part of the video is Elijah's laugh at the very end. :)
